Hi!

Today was the last day that the swedish people stay in Catalonia! :(
We have meet at half past eight in the school like all the other days. The first hour the swedish went to the computer's room, and afther that they have got free time until half past eleven. At the break they come with us in our play ground.
At twelve o'clock the swedish come to our classrooms and they make class with our. We see a movie and they show us a power point of the change in Sweden. It was fun.
At the afternoon, we have dinner in our houses and after that the catalan went to school and some swedish stay in the houses making the bag for the trip.

At half past six we met at the scholl to prepeared the dinner and at a quater past nine we start eating it. After that we have meet some people to take a round in Berga and we arrived home at eleven.

It has been a very nice change and we have passed perfect days with the swedish people.

We are going to miss you!!

Saludos!

Nos hemos levantado un poco tristes porque era el último dia. Nos hemos encontrado todos en la escuela como todos los dias a la misma hora.
A primera hora de la mañana hemos estado todos en la sala de los ordenadores y cuando ha sonado el timbre hemos tenido dos horas libres para dar un paseo por Berga. Nos hemos vuelto a encontrar con los compañeros catalanes en el patio y hemos pasado el patio con ellos.
Cuando el patio se ha acabado hemos ido todos con nuestros catalanes a sus respectivas clases y les hemos mostrado el power point que hemos hecho. Desde la una hasta las dos hemos tenido una clase de castellano en la qual hemos mirado un video de Barcelona.

Por la tarde hemos tenido tiempo libre en nuestras casas para hacernos la maleta y descansar un poco :)
A las seis y media nos hemos vuelto a encontrar todos en la escuela y hemos preparado la cena durante dos horas. Hemos cenado a las ocho y media.
Despues de esto, algunos amigos hemos dado una vuelta por Berga.
Y ahora nos vamos a descansar que mañana va a ser un dia duro..

Voy a acordarme mucho de estos dias fantasticos y vamos a hechar mucho de menos a los amigos catalanes.
Prometo que volvere a venir y a revivir estos dias tan fantasticos!

Today Julia didn´t come to school because she was ill. So I can't explain what the catalan people did.
On the morning we took a foto with all the catalan and swedish people and after that we went to the classeroom and showed the power point.
At 3 o´clock Tamyres, Matilda J, Lisa and Sofie had lunch with their old partners.
On the night we had dinner with all the catalan and swedish people at the highschool.
It was a quiet day for me and i think it was a good day for the rest of the people!
We will miss the swedish people because they were fantastic.

Hoy Julia no ha ido a la escuela.
Por la mañana hemos echo una foto con todos los de el intercanvio y despues hemos ido a clases para exposar nuestro power point.
Despues a las 3h. yo, Matilda J, Lisa y Sofie hemos comido con los compañeros de el año pasado.Hemos pasado un buen rato con ellas y me han echo un regalo.
A las 8h. hemos ido a comer a la escuela con los suecos, los catalanes y sus padres.
Ha sido un dia muy bueno y divertido.

Hola a todos! :)
Hoy fue un dia normal en el instituto. Por la mañana fuimos con los compañeros catalanes en clase, estuvimos en los ordenadores y fuimos para un paseo. Luego, a la hora del almuerzo estuvimos con los compañeros catalanes. Mas tarde, hicimos la presentacion de nuestro PowerPoint, fuimos a comer y despues volvimos a ir a pasear.
Por la tarde, acompañe a Lola a su clase de ingles y despues fuimos a cenar con todos. Estamos tristes porque tenemos que irnos mañana, pero nos lo hemos pasado muy bien!

Hi to everyone!
Today the catalan people didn't do anything special. We just went to the school as everyday and we did our classes. We had two lessons together with the Swedish students and they showed us their presentations of PowerPoint. In the afternoon, while we did classes, they went for a walk. When we finished school, I took Matilda to my english lesson and finally we went to the dinner with all the people of the exchange. It was so fun, but now we are all feeling sad because the swedish people have to leave Catalonia :(
I have to say that I'm very happy that we could share all this moments with all the people from Sweden! It was just great! :D

We're sorry because on sunday we forgot to write on the blog...:(

On sunday we get up very late, and at 2 o'clock matilda and me went to l'Ametlla de Merola, to celebrate my birthday with my family. We ate a very good lunch(becuase the grandmothers' food is always excelent!) and we spend the lunch with my cousin, Joana. At 5'30 we went to Berga to meet with all the swedish and catalan friends. We went to Tina's house and we watched a movie(Troya) and at half past six we went to see a futbol match; There were playing boys of the exhange.
It was a normal day..

Por lo siento pero no se escribir en pasado muy bien.

Hemos levantado tarde. A las dos hemos ido en casa de la familia por celebrar el cumpleaños de Elke. La comida ha sido muy rico. Después de la comida yo Elke y la prima de ella hemos mirado un pelicula que se llama High School musical 3 :D. A las cinco y media hemos ido a Berga con los amigos del intercambio. En Berga hemos mirado un partido de futbol que jugavan los chicos del intercambio. Tambien hemos hablado mucho con todos los amigos del intercambio.

Os echare mucho de menos a todos...

hola, hoy por la mañana hemos ido con autocar a Pedraforca (montaña) y después hemos ido a Gosol (pueblo) no muy lejos. Luego hemos ido a comer a casa. A las 4:30 hemos hablado sobre el pograma "comenius". Por la tarde hemos ido a casa de Marc a comer y luego hemos ido a casa de Tina (tiene una casa muy grande) para ver una película.
Ahora heoms comido y pronto iremos a dormir.

Ayer fuimos a Barcelona, fuimos a las ocho y media des de Berga. Cuando nosotros llegamos en Barcelona fuimos al campo de futbol del Barcelona.
Despues nosotros fuimos a la sagrada familia.Despues fuimos de compras fue divertido! A las cinco y media fuimos el autobus y todos enseñamos que compramos.
A las ocho llegamos en Berga.
Ayer fue un dia de divertido.
fuimos en casa de Rosa con Matilda y Elke y despues fuimos a Berga a comer.

Yesterday we went to Barcelona, we left Berga at half past eight and we arrived in Barcelona at 10:30. First we went to a futbol field ( Barcelona futbol field).
Next we went to a church called Sagrada Familia, we couldn't enter and we had to see it outside.
Then we went shopping and we had a lot of fun, when we finished shopping everybody showed all the things that they bought. At half past five we left Barcelona and we arrived in Berga at eight o'clock.
We went to my house and next we went again to Berga to had dinner, we had fun there!

On Friday we went to the school like a normal day and the swedish people went to the old part of Berga.
After that we went to lunch and then meet friends and went to my house to watched a movie and play some games.

Today we did some activities.
First, at the morning, we stayed in he school and did the same thinks like a normally day.

Whewn the school was finally, we went to launch in my In the afternoon, we did a walk arround the city. It was good. We went to watch the football training.

Hi!!

We are going to explain you what we did in the 29th of October. In this day we went to PORT AVENTURA!! Port Aventura It's a very big and nice roller coaster park an inside It there are a lot of atractions, for example: The Dragon Khan with 9 loopings, the Stampida, the Furius Baco It's the fastest, Huracan Condor It's one free-fall atraction. In Port Aventura, you can found theatre and spectacles too, In these days the theme of Port Aventura was the HALLOWEN, and all the environment and the decoration was terrorifying.

The weather was very nice and It was sunny.
I think the excursion was very funny and we enjoy a lot this day!! We recomend you to go in this park It is the best!!

Hi! Today, all the people of Sweden exchange wents to “Port Aventura”. It was an amazing days because all the people like it and it was very funny. We met at a half past eight at the school and we leave the school at a quarter to nine with bus. We went 2 hours with the bus. When we arrived to “Port Aventura” we go quickly to “Furious Baco” because we were all the time in the bus talking of it and we wants to prove it. After we go to eat at a big restaurant that it name’s was “La Cantina”. The food of this restaurant was from México. It was very good!

At ten to six we go to the bus for return to Berga and we arrive to Berga at eight o’clock. It was the funniest day of the week!!

Hola! Hoy hemos ido a Port Aventura con la todos los chicos y todas las chicas. Hemos salido a las 8:30 desde la escuela i hemos ido con autocar. Cuando hemos llegado hemos ido a montar a las atracciones i hemos ido montando a las atracciones. Ha sido muy divertido. Para comer hemos ido con otros chicos a un restaurante. A la hora de irse hemos ido a una fuente que estaba fuera a tirarnos fotos i las chicos se han mojado. Me lo he pasado muy bien porque me gusta mucho y voy muy poco a sitios así.

Tuesday 27th Ocotber 2009

In the second day of the swedish students in Spain, they came to our school. First they met in the library where they recieved maps and the list of te activities they are going to do. After that, they visited our school which is a little smaller than their Ellen Key. They had some time to be at the computer zone and get in touch with their families. Finally swedish and catalan students met in the library where we showed them our powerpoints from Sweden. They also came to spanish class where our teacher, Maria Jose, taught them some word in spanish and they intruced themselves to all the class. In the Sports class, they also been, some of them played

badminton with us, but some of them just watched. In the afternoon we met in Berga, where we had a walk, we bought food... Some swedish went to see their catalan friends dancing in the hip hop class. In the ending of the afternoon, everybody went to the football field! In the evening they had dinner with our families, where we got to know each other better!

En martes vosotros visitamos la escuela de Berga. Es mas pequeña que Ellen Key. Yo voy en autobus. Estovimos en clase de ingles, castellano y deporte. En la clase de ingles miramos power point, en la clase de castellano hablamos en español delante de toda la clase. En la clase de deportes jugamos badminton. En la tarde pasiamos por la ciudad y he estado en la clase hiphop de mi amiga española. Fue muy divertido. Despues de esto hemos ido al campo de futbol donde algunos amoigos estaban que entrenando. A las nueve cena con mi familia.

Today the swedish people went to Queralt at eight o'clock to two o'clock and all catalans was in the school doing classes and waiting for them.Then at two o'clock we had lunch together and at half past three they did "panallets"a typical food here in Catalonia in this part of the year they learned to do "panallets" with Eloi's and Tina's mothers.Then after school we stay some time at Berga, some people in a park and some other people in Sança's house.

It was a very fun day.

Hello, I'm Blai.

Today the swedish people got up and had breakfast at 8 o'clock. At 8:30 we were at the school.
The catalan people went to the classes normally but the swedish people went to Queralt.
Queralt is a mountain situated near Berga and you can go up with any problem.
At 2 o'clock the swedish people returned at school and all the people went to their homes and had lunch.
At 3:30 we returned at the school. The catalan people did classes normally but swedish people did another activity. They made "penellets".
"Penellets" is a typical catalan food which we eat for the "castanyada" (halloween for english people) and they are delicious. I think the enjoyed a great time making "penellets" because is very funny to do that.
In the afternoon we had free time and the swedish and catalan people met and we went around the city.
Now I am waiting for going to watch Barça. I think all the catalan and swedish people will watch this match.

We went up at 7:30 and then we ate breakfast. Then we went to school by car but some other students went by foot. The swedish people went to the library and the others went to their classes. One hour later, the swedish people visited the school. Then they visited Berga. At two o'clock, we went to our houses for lunch. We ate soup, chicken and fruit. After lunch we went to school for two hours more. In the afternoon, some of the students of the exchange went to the activities center and some others to the football field.

Nos hemos levantado a las 7:30 y hemos desayunado. Después hemos ido en coche a la escuela. Los estudiantes suecos hemos ido a la biblioteca. Los estudiantes catalanes han ido en sus correspondientes classes. Después los estudiantes suecos hemos visitado Berga. A las dos hemos ido a casa a comer.
Después de la escuela algunos catalanes y suecos han ido a hacer actividades y algunos han ido a entrenar futbol.

SWEDISH PEOPLE HAVE ARRIVED IN CATALONIAAA

Ayer llegamos en Catalunya ! Nosotros cogimos el avión a la una cuarenta. y llegamos en Girona a las cinco de la tarde. Despues cogimos un autocar y llegamos en Berga a las siete de la tarde.
fuimos a dar una vuelta por Berga todos los estudiantes. Pienso que Berga es una ciudad bonita y pequeña.
llegamos en las casas y conocimos a la familia nosotros cenamos. Despues nos fuimos a la cama porque estabamos muy cansados.

Yestareday was a special Monday... All of catalan students were very excited to meet again swedish people.
At 7 o'clock they arrived in Berga. We was looking forward this moment.

We were waiting for them in the bus station and then We went for a walk arround the city. We showed them the main street, some churches and the most important things in our village. We passed a great time. They explained us our their trip. At nine o'clock everyone went to their houses.

Swedish people meet their families. And then we go to sleep!

We hope pass an unforgettable days.

Hey!!

Today catalan students were very excited! We were very impatient to see swedish students again. We were waiting at the bus station of Passeig de la Pau. Swedish students arrived at 7 o'clock more or less. Before the hugs, everyone go home to leave the bags. And I think that somebody goes for a walk. But I haven't got a swedish girl... Klara can't come to Spain and I'm a little sad =(

Task 3: Marc and Hedvig (done later: refers to 9th September)

Hi friends! I must write the blog with Hedvig because I am not with Victoria and she is helping me.

We wake up at seven a clock, have breakfast at quater past seven and meet with all the spanish at eight a clock in the school. With all the people, we make groups and some people goes to make classe and the others to the computer room.
At half past eleven we eat at the dining-room of the school. The food wasn´t very good but it was OK.
At one a clock we went to the ''Mejeriets'' opening. There was a lot of people and there was a swedish minister too. We looked many of diferent groups and diferent types of music. There were some groups that were very good but all of them were people that aproximatly have got our age. After the show of the groups we looked around in the new center.
At half past three we meet all the spanish and swedish people and we went to the bowling. We made groups of three persons and we play it. I was so bad but I enjoy very much playing it. We ate dinner at five a clock very quickly because we met with the others at six a clock.
Around six a clock we met friends at the school, some people danced and some others were talking. We arrived home at ten a clock and we went to sleep.

It was a very nice day and I enjoy very much. I am going to put the photos in Catalonia.

Today is the national day in cataloniaa ! is the more important day for catalan people. I have to say some words to all of catalan people to represnt our country:

VISCA CATALUNYA !!

TINA;

Today while Swedish students were doing classes, we have gone to Gamleby to know some students and talk to them in Spain. We have past a great time; we have talked with them,
we have visited the city with them and we have played with them. We have had three different
groups. We have passed a great time with them.

When we have arrived in Väastervik we have gone by bus to Västrum. There we have played Kubb, a game that you have to hide and someone have to find you. We have past a great time.
Then we have had dinner. It has been so good, catalan food and swedish food, umm. jiji
We have played again and then we have danced country. It was so nice. We have gone to ellen key and there we have met some friends. Its all.

I will miss a lot Sweden. !!!!

Hoy nosotros hemos ido en el colegio. El grupo de espana ha ido a gamleby y alli han hecho clases de espanol con otros suecos. Despues del colegio nosotros hemos ido en bus hacia Västrum. Hemos cenado y hemos jugado al Kubb: Son unos cubos hechos de madera. Tu tienes que tirar el cubo para tumbar los otros cubos. Gana el equipo que mata a los otros cubos y despues el rey.
Hemos Bailado country con el profesor de espana. Cuando hemos ido en casa , nosotros hemos salido con los amigos.

JAMBO!

Hoy he ido al colegio con coche, porque he tenido que estar en el estación de bus treinta minutos después de terminar el colegio. Treinta minutos después de terminar el colegio hemos estado en el estación de bus. Hemos tenido que estar en el estación de bus porque hemos ido a Västrum. Cuando estabamos en Västrum, he mirado como los otros jugaban. Y he hecho fotos. Luego hemos cenado pan, queso, salchicha... Depués de esto, hemos jugado otra vez. Y después hemos bailado con Víctor. Eso es todo. iBuenas Noches! Zzz...

We left home at 7.45 and we went to the high school and there we met the spanish people and we went to the bus station. We left at half past nine and we went to Gamleby. There we went to a spanish class and we touristed Gamleby with two Swedish people, 13 years old. Then we had lunch and we went to another spanish class. Then we returned to Västervik by bus. We had 3 quarters of an hour free time. We left at ten past four to Västrum and we did the things that Olle explained before.

Today is the National Festivity of Catalonia so from Sweden: Visca Catalunya!!!!!

Task 3: Júlia & Tamyres

Hi everyone!
Today we went to school at 8 o'clock, and then the swedish people went to class and we visit the gyminasium.
We visit the cafeterian(that was very big), and then we went to the library and a women explaint to us a lot of things about the school.
After that we went to see another school called; Ludde and we went to a spanish class to speak spanish with some swedish people.
Then we ate lunch, it was pasta with a sauce and salad. After lunch we went to another class and then we could do what we want to, so we went to play bowling.
We played bowling one hour and then we went to Ellen Key to meet our swedish friends.
At 6 o'clock we went to Lisas house to watch a movie. And now we are going to sleep.

Task 3: Matilda & Lola

Hello everyone!

Today I followed Matilda to the dentist, and then we were going to the gymnasium (it took a while before we find the other). I think it was a realy big school with many people. We also visited the library of the school and we were all amazed because it was so big and there were lots of books and magazines. There was a woman who told us that the books was classify with colours, for exemple Blue: History and geography, Red: English and books for young people,... And a room for just medicine books. We visit the library because our guide wasn't there so we couldonly look in the library and the cafeteria.We also went to the bowling for just one hour, while the other students were in a Spanish class at another school.

But in the afternoon we had very fun! We went in to the city with Naomi, Klara, Hedvig, Francesc, Marc and Matilda. And I got the chance to meet Matildas best friend that has the same name as my bestfriend, Julia. We had a great time all the time. At the evening, Måns, Bianca, Josefin, Gerard, Júlia and Rebecka came at home and we spend sometime talking. And I had meatballs for the dinner! (they are a typical swedish meal, and I liked it so much!).

I think that is all!! ;)

Hoy por la mañana Lola me acompañó al dentista (ahora me duelen mucho los dientes) pero luego la acompañe con los otros, porque fueron a visitar el Gymnastium de Västervik. Los estudiantes suecos estuvimos en el colegio toda la mañana, haciendo classe. Ellos llegaron a las tres y fuimos a casa. Luego, por la tarde, estuvimos con Klara, Naomi, Hedvig, Francesc, Marc and Lola paseando por el centro de Västervik. Nos los pasamos muy bien! Luego, cenamos en mi casa y comimos "meatballs", que son un plato tipico de Suecia. Cuando terminamos, Måns, Bianca, Josefin, Gerard, Júlia y Rebecka vinieron a casa y estuvimos hablando un rato.

Hi everybody,
Today we have gonne at school at 8 o'clock and then we have been with ours swedesh friends in their classes. Then at 11-12 h we have gonne to have lunch.
At 1 o'clock we have gonne to an inaguration of teenegers local and we have seen the first minister! There were lots of people in this inaguration!! And the local is so great!
Then at 3:30 h we have met with everybody (swedesh people and spanish people) and we have gonne to the bowling. Everybody thinks that the bowling is so great!! I think bowling it's a good game for everybody.
Then some spanish and swedesh people have met and we have walked arround a park.
Now I have to have a dinner and then (I think) I'll go out with Hilda and then we'll meet with other people.

Hoy por la manyana los espanyoles han venido con nosotros en las clases pero luego ( pienso que a las 11 o así) han ido a jugar a ping-pong en la mesa que tenemos abajo a la entrada de la escuela. Luego hemos ido a comer y luego hemos ido a una inaguración de un local para jovenes. Ha quedado muy bien, es muy bonito.
Mas tarde hemos ido todos a la bolera y nos lo hemos passado muy bien.

Hi!
Today we got up at 6:30 as a normal school day in Sweden. We came late to school. The Swedish people went to school and the Catalan people went to spanish classes with Gunilla and Òscar. Seven Catalan students went to the other school in another city, Ankarsrum, with Victor. We ate hamburgers and salad for lunch. When we finished lunch we went shooping in Västervik.
When the classes finished some of the Swedish people went to "The students choice". For example theater, fishing or foto. Then we found out that Rebecka´s bike had been stolen, but we didn´t find it. When they finished we went to Josefin´s house with Måns, Bianca, Tina, Marc and Francesc. There we played Sing Star and Tina sang a lot with Josefin and Bianca. At 10 we went home and the surprise was that Rebecka´s dad found the bike. And that´s the all day here in Sweden.

Hi everybody, today was a normal day. Seven students(Pau, Albert, Gerard, Júlia C., Lola, Bianca and Naomi) went to another school,Ankarsrum. The other students were in some classes with her/his exchange partner, we also went out to saw tipical houses in Västervik, like fisherman's houses(Båtmansstugorna).

In the afternoon we went out with our swedish and catalan friends(Matilda E.,Lola, Tamyres, Júlia, Rosa, Sança, Matilda J. and Elke). First we went to Tamyres' house, and there, we eat a lot!! Then we go to a park, Stadsparken, and there we play and dance...we have a lot of fun.
At about 7 o'clock we went home with Rosa, and we have dinner together.

Today we have been in Kalmar. We left Västervik at 9.20 And arived to Kalmar at 12.00. At 13.00 we visited a experiment house called XL-labbet, it was fun and exiting to try all the different things. Later we went to McDonalds to eat some food because we was very hungry, after that we went shooping and we bought a lot of nice things like a trousers or some different scarfs! We think that this day has been a nice and fun day!

Hoy hemos pasado un divertido dia en Kalmar con nuestros compañeros Catalanes. Hemos salido des de Västervik en autobus a las 9.20 y hemos llegado en Kalmar a las 12.00. Al llegar ahí hemos visitado la casa llamada XL-labbet, ya habiamos visitado esta casa antes pero nos ha gustado igual. A las 2h hemos salido del museo hi hemos ido a comer al McDonalds. Hemos tenido hasta las 4.30 para ir de compras. Hemos llegado a Västervik a las 6.30. Ha sido un día fantastico y nos lo hemos passado muy bien.

Today we went to a zafari and in there we could look at moose and some young deers. ((photo n71))

When me and my family arrived to the zafari we met some of the others families, there are the family of Josefin Berg, Måns, Josefin, Rebeca, Olle, and the other students of Berga that lives in this families. ((photo n61))

We went with a tractor to see the animals and the guide gave us leaves that calls sallow "sälg" and some apples to feed the animals. Some people gave the food with their mouth!!! jeje its terrible. ((photo n88))

I liked it very much. I think that its ok that Lovisa's family toke me to see this animals because I have never seen that before.

When we arrived to the island we went walking to lunch in Sjökanten (very good food!!) and wen we finished we go with tractor for see all the island. When we arrived other time to the sea we swim in it and later we went to Västervik with boat. After dinner we go to Måns house and we play Wii and a lot of games and we talk and laugh a lot!

Then in the afternoon some Catalan and some swedish boys and girls went to a park to played football.

3RD AUSGUST

In the second day in Sweden, me and the spanish students basically met the school. We went to school by car but almost everybody went by bus or bycycle , there were so many.Swedish people were in class, so they were not with us, but sometimes, few minutes they came and talked a little bit. The school is very big and beautifull . It was a cold and rainy day. We visited almost everything of there ( the classes, the professors room, the lab...) We had lunch at the school, and I think the food was very good.We made some friends too and we met some professors. Also we spend few time at the computer, trying to get in touch with our families, or playing... etc.

Another thing we did was visiting the harbour from Västevik, and the centre of the city.

Hoy me reuni con ellos, los estudiantes españoles. No los vi mucho porque estaba en la clase. Ellos almorzaron con nosotros. Today we got up at 7 Am (too early I think), a lot of people went by bicycle to school. At first, e and my friends went to a class to speak spanish with swedish students while the other catalans students went down to the city. Then we had a walk arround at the school.
Next, we had lunch (potatoes and much minced meat). Then we went to the supermarket.
After school I went to one of my friend's house. At seven o'clock I went to the park with my friends and I met Evelina than she followed me to the house. And now we are writing this.

Hoy me he levantado a las 7. Después hemos desayunado. Hemos ido en bicicleta en la escuela. He tenido muchas classes. Después he comido. Seguido he tenido una classe muy aburrida.

My name is Júlia Camprubí Badia and I am 14 years old. My birthday is on 21 of November. I live near the High School in a house with my parents(Pere and Marina) and my big brother(Martí) that is 18 years old. My father is teacher of music and my mother works in a bookshop.

Now I am going to tell you what I'm doing this holidays.

In July I and my friends we went to the "estades esportives" when we went in this group we do every day sports but every day it's a different sport.

In August I went in Estartit, it's a little nice town near the sea. In Estartit I usually go to swim in the sea and I always go to the swimming pool. At night I went in the major street and in this street I bought ice-creams.

After in the second week of august I went to Euskadi with "camells" in camells we are a lot of my friends and I was very happy with camells.

And now In september I am going to come here in Sweden.

Task 2 - Olle Oswald

Hello Again! From the guy who brought you classics like
Task 1 - Olle Oswald, it is now time for a deep-dive into his summer-vacation.

The first three weeks I spent doing something called confirmation. It´s a religious procedure, but, belive it or not, I had one of the more awesome times in my life!

After that I spent about two weeks here in Västervik, doing nothing in particular. When these two weeks of general apathy had passed, I went to Gothemburg to visit my relatives who (surprise!) lives there.

While in (or in the general area of) Gothemburg, I did all sorts of things. I went to a big rockconcert with U2 performing, spent an incredibly short period of time in Norway, went to Liseberg (the Biggest amusement park in the North! Just so you know :D) and much, much, more...

After two weeks in Gothemburg I moved on to a small place called Fristad. In Fristad I attended a bandcamp for recorders. It was super-awesome :D!!!

After this I went back home, and before one could say "Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis", it was time to get out of bed and sit down in the schoolbenches again...

Jambo everybody!
Since I haven´t spoke Spanish for eons, I´m going to stick to english rather than do some kind of unreadable compromise between languages...

So... My name is Olle (in case you didn´t read the title :P). I am 15 years old, pretty tall (well, 1.90, anyway), and got what we in Sweden call Brown hair. I gather you spanish people would put it somewhere between blond and albino.

I live in an apartment with my mom (dad lives in Gothemburg). In my freetime I train martial arts, play music, and watch movies. I sporadically play videogames, too, but that shows without telling, ehh? My taste in music is about as broad as the equator (if we count the lenght of it, that is). I listen to just about everything from Irish Folk to Metal Core. What I don´t listen to, however, is pop, hip-pop, rap and the likes. It just ain´t my bag!

Well, I suppose that pretty much concludes it all. I almost can´t wait to meet you all! And I hope I haven´t completely scared you off with my presentation... Peace Out!

Hello, I'm Pau!

Now I will talk about what I have done this summer!!

First of all I went to the gym every morning and in the afternoons we went to the swimmingpool or we went to rode by motorbike.

In July during to weeks I went to " Estades Esportives" it means sport activites, and there we did; tenis, climbing, handball, volleyball... I met a lot of friends.

Then I went to the camping and there I met my Spanish friends. There we went out everytime, we went tomany parties and we passed a great time. We went to the beach in the night and we dance a lot.

I went 10 days in Euskadi with a very big group of teenagers. We have passed an amazing time.

This have been the best summer of my life.. but now in Sweden could improve it.

Hi ! I'm Cristina again.

Now, I'm going to explain my summer. It has been wonderful and fantastic.

First of all, I passed some days with my friends, we went to the gym in the morning and in the

afternoon to the swimming pool. In the swimmingpool, we played cards and most of time we

laugh a lot. jajaj

We went to some concerts, and parties. They have been amazing !!!! We dance, sing and we

have done many things. We haven't passed any boring time.

I went 2 weeks in the north of India, in Ladack, with my parents. It have been a wonderful

expirience. I have known many things about other cultures and religions.

I also went 10 days with a very big group of Berga's teenagers to Euskadi. It have been veryvery very very funny!

And now I will come to Sweden! It have been a very interesting summer. I will see you in 5

days! I'm very nervouss.

Hello people!
My name is Sança Casas Virgili, I’m 15 years old, the last month was my birthday. I live in a house in the center of Berga. I live with my mother, my father and my sister.
My sister is Camí and is 19 years old, she is bigger than me. She is studying economic degree in “Universitat Pompeu Fabra” situated in Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia.

My mother is Rosa, she works as teacher in a High School as Puig-Reig. My father is Pere and he has got a footwear warehouse.

I haven’t got pets because my mother hates it, because I like animals.

Now, I’m doing a short description of my look appearance. I’ve got a black, curly and no short but no long hair, I’m short and thin, I’m dark. I have brown eyes and I have a scar on my nose. I like wear colour clothes.
My character isn’t complicate I suppose, I always laugh.

At the weekends I like to meet with my friends. My best friends are from Avià, Espunyola and Berga. I like go to the concerts, my favourite kind of music is ska but the others like too. When I was more little I play guitar. While there was school I went to the gym to practise acrobatics, I like much it.
In the summer afternoon my friends and I go to swimming pool of Berga, we go to go for a swim in the river, we play cards when we are boring, we go to go for a walk and more activates.

I’m very interested to participate for this exchange because I know a new friends, I learn English that it is very poor and I travel to Sweden.

Hello everybody!!

Sorry I am late because I have been very busy.

My name is Marc. I am 15 years old and my birthday is on 20th of January.
I live in Berga but I spend all of my summer in another village called la Rodonella. It is a very small village and abouthere live most of my family.

My father is called Martí and my mother's name is Paqui. My father is 49 and my mother is 41. My dad works in a construction factory and my mum works in a factory too.
I have got one sister called Sheila. She is 25. She is studying to be English teacher. Now she is working too in an English academy theaching children.

I spend most of my time of the summer going with my friends, sleeping and playing the saxo and the clarinet. I love music and I am doing that since I was 6. Apart of playing instruments I am learning music.
My favourite types of music are hip-hop, ska and catalan rock. All the days I spend most of time listening music. There isn't any day that I don't listen music.

My favourite sport is football. I play in a football team called St. Jordy. I play football since I was 6. I'm not very good but I'm not bad. I enjoy very much playing it in the matches and training.
Last year we were the 3rds of the league. We had a good team.

I am exciting because in 6 days I am coming Sweden. I am sure that we are going to learn a lot and we are going to pass a great time.

Hello again. I'm here to explain you my summer holidays.

When school was over, I went to Romania, my originary country where I spend about 2 months. I really enjoyed this time, because I met a a big part of my family and a lot of friends. I had a very hot weather so everyday we were playing with water ballons or playing in the swiming pool. Also we were always riding our bikes, and doing hikes, because I live in a mountain zone. The last days we visited a beautifull city from Romania called Timisoara.

On the second week of August I came back to Spain. I am spending the last days. of holidays going at the swiming pool and to the beach.

And I will finish this great summer going to Sweden:)

Hello everybody!!!

I'll explain you my full holidays.
First, when the school finished I went to the Campus Ítaca. We did many projects of all the subjects: maths, science, physical education, english, etc, etc... There was people that did 3rd of ESO of all the Catalonia region, I met a lot of people. I went to the Campus Ítaca from the 22nd of June to 3rd of July.

On the 13th of July I went to Croatia. There I went to the beach and to the mountains. There are a lot of islands and I went to 2 of them.

On the last day of July, the 31st, I went to do a route walking. We were eight and we did a peak of 2.913 meters high. We also went to the beach.

After this route one of my dreams come true, I did a peak of 3000 meters high with my father.

My summer vacation: - This year I went to “Ampuria Brava” to do my summer vacation. It’s a nicest city and it’s very quiet. One think that I like a lot of “Ampuria Brava” are the houses in the river, like Venetia. I like a lot this vacation because all of this are very nice and the beach are very clean and… there are a lot of pretty girls!

In this summer I also go to “Estartit” with two friends. “Estartit” also is very nice and in the beach there are “les Illes Medes”.

And this summer also I went to Euskadi with “Colònies a Borredà” in a hostel. When we went to Euskadi in Euskadi there are party: “La semana grande”.

Hi! My name is Albert and I’m fifteen years old. I’m medium size and thin, my hair is dark brown and little long. I live in Berga in Catalonia. Berga its a small city but its the bigger of the Bergueda. I have a big family in it, my uncles, my aunties, my cousins, my grandmothers and grandfather, my father and my mother, my sister… and I. My father isn’t tall, he is medium size and he is thin, always he and I are going to look for mushrooms. My mother is not tall, I feel she is fatter than my father, she is teacher. My sister is eleven years old, and she is short.

I like practise a lot of sports but my favourite sport is football. I practise football with my city team, Berga team. I train three days on the week, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and on the weekend I have the match. My T-shirt number it’s four and I’m a midfield player. Last year we won the ligue and I did 5 goals. I enjoy a lot when my team won one match !

I'm Blai again!

I write to you f0r explain what I am doing this holidays.

The first week of July I met with my friends all the time and we always went to the swimming pool.

The second week of July we went to " Estades Esportives " this is an organitzacion where people can play sports and do a lot of funny activities:
-painball (with syringes)
-climb
- go to an aquatick park
- go camping in the forest (corbera)... and a lot of things.

In the first week of August I go to Estartit a beautiful village in the sea.
For arrive to there we have 2 ours by car.
In Estartit every day I went to the mayor street and I bought a gum ice-cream ( I never had tasted it and I think it's very good and courious)
I think this part of Catalonia is very beautiful (is near France).

Finally in 14th of August I and a lot of friens will go to Euskal-Herria a region of Spain that speaks an other language (Euskera).
I think we will pass a favolous days and we will enjoy a lot.

Now I'll explain my holidays...

First of all I haven't done any long travel. This summer I have worked some mornings and the mornings that I didn't work I went to run. I have gone to the beach some days, too.

Also I have gone to PortAventura one day with my friends but I haven't got any photo!

Every weekend there are parties in different towns and we go in it.

In the afternoons I meet with my friends and we go to Berga's swimmingpool, to play fronton or to walk. Some afternoons I have met with my basketball team and we have played basketball.

Three or four times I have gone to Barcelona to buy clothes or to meet with some friends.

This is my summer, with few tihngs but don't borring ;)

Two years ago we won the league and we went up the category, but, last year was very difficult because we were cadets and people was very big and strong. I like F. C. Hey!

This summer I have gone to the beach, Platja d'Aro, and to the mountain, in the Aragonese Pyrinees.

I prefer the mountain, but I like Platja d'Aro because there are a lot of shops! But I also have desire to go to the beach to become brown.
And in addition this year was waiting for a surprise there... I follow a little sparrow! And I love birds...

my little sparrow! It's very nice... jeje

But, to part of the city, also was the "rampart walk", which was a way that was going for all the beaches without passing for the city. And it was really nice... And the camping also was funny...there were chikens and Royal turkeys!

And to the mountain...
I went to a camping too. The camping hasn't got swimmingpool, it has got a river! The water was very cold!

We went to do excursions... there all is nice! And it is full of flowers. To make all these photos I tired very much! The excursions were long, but they were worthy!

The white flower is the Edelweiss. It is very slightly frequently and it cost a lot to see!
Near the camping, there was a city. In the city they were doing a fetival of music and every day were doing concerts!

Hello!

I’m Eudald again!

Are you good? Perfect!

Now it’s time of holidays. I’m very excited!
In this summer I’m going to do a lot of activities!
Every day, I and my father go by bicycle to many places. We have gone to Cercs, Cal Rosal, Espinalbet, Queralt, l'Espunyola…

With my friends, every evening we go to the swimming pool and we laugh a lot. Here, we play cards a lot of time. Because of the sun, the most of us have the skin burned, the back at all, and I even the nose!
Sometimes, my friends and I go by bicycle to Avià and play indoor football, we play for a lot of time. It’s very enjoying!

In August, my parents and I are going to go to Vilanova i la Geltrú because there is one part of my family. In this city, we go to the beach, to our swimming pool and we do more activities, like playing mini golf or bowling.

Later, probably we and friends of my parents are going to spend some days to one place near the beach. We don’t know what this place will be because we haven’t accorded it yet.

Next, I will go to Euskal Herria with Colònies a Borredà or camels. It is the first time I go as a Camel and I’m very excited. We will visit the Parliament of Vitoria, the Guggenheim in Bilbo; and in this week, there is also the “Semana Grande” or in English “The big week”. It’s a famous party that the basque people enjoy very much. Moreover, we will climb several mountains.

In this summer I’m reading very interesting books like Grimpow and the witch of lineage (my favorite one). This novel is the second part of Grimpow’s adventures. I recommend it. ;)
.

And in the end of summer I’m going to go to Västervik, Sweden. I like to do this exchange because it will allow me to practice my poor English and do new friends.

Hello Everybody.
My name is Bianca I'm 14. It results difficult to descrive myself but I will do my best. I bornt on autumn day of 1994 in Eastern Europe, Romania to be exact. I moved to the sunny Spain when I was about 10 years old. I am a proud romanian but I aslo love Catalonia and everything is catalan. I feel lucky "living" in 2 countries, becasue I love learning about culture and languages, so I think this excahnge is gonna be a very interesting oportunity.
My hair is light brown, long and curly. I have blue eyes and I'm tall. I am always laughing and sometimes I'm a bit shy, but only at the beginning of meeting someone.
I live in Avia a small village, very quiet and nice near a beautifull city called Berga, wher we spend most of our time, going to school, hanging out... I live in a flat with my Dad, Dani who works in a rabbit farm, my mum Sinela who works in a centre where she cares old people, and my Sister, Gerogiana 12 years old, she goes to the school of Avia.
I love animals but I have only 2 fishes, every month they die, and we buy more, I dont know why, beacause I always give them good food, and they have a lot of space.In Romania I have a beautifull dog called Bella, she is a Great Dane.
In my free time I like to be with friedns, going shopping, watching movies, just talking...I love sports, specially football, I rarely play it but I never miss a match from my favourite team Barcelona, I'm a huge fan.Swiming is another hobbie, I think it is relaxing and it helps to get fit, I practice this sport everytime I can.

Hi!!
I'm Naomi and I'm 14. I live in Berga in a flat near the music school.
As you can see at the photo, I have brown wavy hair and brown eyes. I always pull faces in the photos...hum.
I am a bit shameful when I'm meeting new people... but then, there is no one who makes me be quiet! (At least, it is what people say to me).

Before I leave on hollidays I have two canaries and a lot of fishes... but now I have too a little sparrow! I found it to l'Estartit (a beach village) under a car. It can't fly and haven't got almost all the feather... and I took it to myself to the camping. And now already it has grown and I have it in house. It eats grasshopper! jaja (the bad thing is that have to hunt grasshopper). You can see, I love the animals.

I love music. I play the piano and the acordion to the music school. My acordion is very big, it sorrow 12 kg! I love it. I began to play acordeon since I was very little, but the piano when I was nine, more or less.

I also like draw, read, sing (but without nobody listens to me, because it gives me shame...ai) and horse riding.

En mi tiempo libre me gusta jugar a fútbol, estar con mis amigos y dibujar. Mis amigos y yo solemos hacer muchas cosas diferentes por ejemplo nadar, gravar pelicúlas y hablar. En invierno me gusta esquiar.

Well, this summer is very exciting for me.
I will explain it:

First of all, I went to Campus Ítaca with some friends in the High School. I met a lot of people of my age. I did a lot of work, projects... it was very interesting. Here you have a photo of my group (look at the t-shirts, every body have the same, they were student’s t-shirts).

When campus Ítaca was finished, I went to my grandparents’ house, in Navàs, where I’m now; at 14h I have to start to work in Navàs’ swimming pool.

Then on 31 of July, I’m going to go to California with my brother, my mother and my father.
I am very excited!

I’m going to arrive on 22 of August , and the only thing I will want to do is stay with friends, because there will be a lot of festes majors,... one of them, festa major d’Avià.

Hi,

How are you?

I’m Eudald Corominas, I’m fourteen years old but in August I will be fifty.
I live in Berga (Catalonia), and it is a very nice town. I live with my parents and my brother. My brother is bigger than me. He plays trumpet with a group of music (EsKaC I MaT). My brother takes me always to his concerts. My father is teacher of technology and my mum works in a place for old people.

I like music because is a way of expressing of feelings but with pace. I like Ska, Pop, Reagge, rumba and more. Now I play trumpet in a school of music but years ago I play piano. I like very much the concerts because there are a lot of people dancing and singing and it is very funny.

Also, I like a lot Magic. The magic is an art in which one or more people do different things to challenge the physics or the pure reality.

I do magic in a hostel for children that celebrate their birthday. I’m very happy to do this job but it requires a lot of preparation.

I’m excited to go to Sweden in September!

Hello, it's Lola again! :D
This time I'm going to explain you a little about my plans for this summer and what I have already done.

One week after the school finished, I started going into a Campus in Barcelona with some people of my school. We made lots of activities every day and we also made many new friends, so the last day, when the Campus finished, everyone was very sad about it. Fortunately, we can talk with our new friends by Msn! :)

After that, I spent some days in Berga meeting my best friends. When we meet, we like going for a walk, but in summer the weather is too hot, so we go to the swimming pool! We also love taking photos of us. The picture below was taken two days ago and it is one of my best friends and me. :)

And now, I'm so thrilled because in two days I'm going to travel to Amsterdam with my mum, my stepfather and my little sister! I'm sure I'll have a great time because I love visiting new cities and meeting new people. I hope I'll also improve a little my English, hahaha.

Then, in August, I'm going to stay some days in Barcelona with my cousins and then, I'll come back to Berga to spend the rest of the summer with my friends!

Finally, before school starts, and as you know, I'll come to Sweden for the exchange! I'm looking forward to meet all of you!

Hello ! I'm Pau. I'm 15 years old. I live in a house in the old part of Berga. I live with my parents and my sister. My sister is smaller than me, she is 12 years old. My father is a technician and my mum works in the city hall.

I also have some pets; I've got 2 dogs, one is called Flog and the other si called Bach. I also have got 2 cats; one is docile the other no. They are called Chiki and Nini.

I love sports, all kind of sports, but I prefer playing tenis with my friends ( Cristina ). I do competitions during the year. At winter I go to ski, and in summer I go to the gym and the swimming pool. But there are two things that I love, are SLEEPING and EATING.

I like some kinds of music, for example pop, ska, house, hardcore... I always go to the concerts in Berga.

I like going out with my friends at weekends; we go to have dinner and then we go to some pubs.

I'm so exitid to have contact with Sweden students.

Hi! My name's Gemma, I'm 15 years and I live with my parents and my brother and sister. My sister is Marta and is 19 years old (in August) and my brother is Marc and is 11 years old (in October). I'm very crazy! This is important hahahah ;)

I have a flat in Berga and a house in Solsona. The house is for summer and weekends. There are lot of animals: cats, a dog, rubbits... One cat is domestic but not the other :) In the house there is a swimming pool too. ;)

I love playing basketball therefore I play in a basketball team! Also I love the party, running and taking photos!. Ohh! I love house music, too. Hhahaha

My mother has two rural houses and my father works in the buildings. Now in summer, I work cleaning the mother's rural houses.

In the afternoons, with my friends, go to Berga's swimming pool or see friends in another town with our motorbikes or go to river... We never be borring! :D

Well, I have told somethings of me. I'm exciting to go to Västervik in September!!

Hi everybody!

My name is Rosa and I will come Swedeen in September!
I live in a little neighbourhood close Avià; Avià is a little town next to Berga. But I'm always in Berga with my friends; so my neighbourhood is very bored... Almost all my friends live in Avià, but this is a so little town and we don't know what to do here...

As you can see in the photo I have got a brown, curly and long hair. I'm not so tall but it's not a problem for me ! :D I've got a brown-little green eyes and I'm a very sociable person; but sometimes I'm little shameful...

I have a brother older than me, he is 21 now; althought he is so old, he still live with us ( with my fathers and me).

I like play music, I can play a little of piano and a little of diatonic accordion; but I'm not so good at this...
I like to riding bike too, and I love listening to music and singing!

My father is the manager of a transport company, and my mother works in a factory.

Now, in summer I always be with my friends and enjoy with them a lot; we go to the swimningpool, go out for a walk, and do some activities together! :)

Hi everyone! :)

My name is Lola, I'm 15 years old and I'm so happy to participate in this exchange!

First of all, I'll do a little introduction of myself. I'm tall and as you can see in the picture, I have brown eyes and brown curly hair. I wear 4 earrings and last week I put a piercing on my nose! :D

I'm a person who enjoys a lot having fun, laughing, being with friends and talking! I have different hobbies, for example music - I play piano since I was 7 years old - reading books, riding horses, watching films, travelling and taking photos!

I have a little sister whose name is Maria and she is 9 years old, almost 10. Our parents are divorced but since they both live in Berga, we stay one week with my father and one with my mother, and it's not a problem for us. We have one cat and one dog.

My father works as a Spanish Teacher in a High school and my mother owns a Bookshop in Berga.

In my free time I like doing lots of things! I love meeting my friends to go for a walk in Berga, to the swimmingpool, to concerts... I specially enjoy it on summer, because if I don't meet anyone, I get bored. I also love going shopping in Manresa, a city 50 km far from Berga.

And that's all! I must say that I can't wait to go to Sweden and meet all of you!

Hello my friends!
I'm Elke,

I live in l'Espunyola in a "farm", I have a lot of animals, but don't worry they are very docil;)I have: 2 horses, 3 dogs, aproximately 10 cats and 3 fishes.I love animals, in the future I will be a vet, like my father.

I have one brother, he is older than me(he's 17 years old), he is a studient, my mother is a nurse and my father is a vet.

Now, in summer, I am in Navàs(in my grandfather's house) because I work in Navàs' swimming pool.

I love dancing, such as: hip-hop, funky, acrobatics... and also riding horse.

I also like travelling, because of that, I love doing this excahnge and travel to sweden!

Hi, I'm Cristina. I'm 14 years old and I will participate in the exchange
in Semptember. Some of my friends also participate in the exchange.

I'm onlychild, I live with my parents in a house. I have some pets.. one dog, he is very docile, he is a golden retriever. he's very nice. I also have a hamster it's very small :) On Sundays we usually go at my grandmother's house to visit her. She live so close to us.

Now in summer, with my friends are doing a lot of things. We go to de swimmingpool. we go for a walk.Some afternoons we watch a film. He haven't got any boring afternoon. We always have something to do. With my friends at weekends we go out to have dinner and then we go to some bars to have a drink, and then we go for a walk. Some weekends there are concerts and we go to listen to them.

In my free time I play tennis but when is winter i prefer going to ski I love
winter when it snows. I like travelling with my parents. I hate rest at home, and getting bored. I always need something to do.

Well, I'm looking forward to go to Sweden. See you soon. Hugs. =)

This is the FIRST TASK YOU HAVE TO DO. Let's read:

1.- Everybody has to write an INTRODUCTION OF YOURSELF and you have to include a photo of yourself. Write your INTRODUCTION following these questions:

Hello everyone,

This is going to be our blog, it will be used to exchange information between our students from IES GUILLEM DE BERGUEDA (Berga) and students from VÄSTERVIK (Sweden). Here everybody will add information, students from Berga will do it in English and students from Västervik will do it in Spanish. Thus we hope everybody will be concious and will not change information!!!
